Hi, I'm Melissa.  I have been creating websites since 2002.  I specialize in simple, easy to navigate websites that are visually appealing. 

I do not have a set hourly/page rate for design because I do not believe in charging the customer for what they're not getting.  If the customer would like a simple site, I will not charge them a complex site price.  I like to meet with people in person whenever possible, to learn their direction and vision for their website, as well as get to know their personality a little.  This greatly helps in the design aspect.
